Adrian Cockcroft has had a long career working at the leading edge of technology. He's always been fascinated by what comes next, and he writes and speaks extensively on a range of subjects. At Battery Ventures, he advises the firm and its portfolio companies about technology issues and also assists with deal sourcing and due diligence.

Before joining Battery Ventures, Adrian helped lead Netflix's migration to a large scale, highly available public-cloud architecture and the open sourcing of the cloud-native NetflixOSS platform. Prior to that at Netflix he managed a team working on personalization algorithms and service-oriented refactoring.

Adrian was a founding member of eBay Research Labs, developing advanced mobile applications and even building his own homebrew phone, years before iPhone and Android launched. As a distinguished engineer at Sun Microsystems he wrote the best-selling "Sun Performance and Tuning" book and was chief architect for High Performance Technical Computing.

He graduated from The City University, London with a Bsc in Applied Physics and Electronics, and was named one of the top leaders in Cloud Computing in 2011 and 2012 by SearchCloudComputing magazine.

Bartosz is the Chairman of itSMF International, and the founder of itSMF in Poland.

David is a principal consultant within Forrester's Infrastructure & Operations practice. He provides research-based consulting services to I&O Professionals, helping them leverage Forrester's proprietary research and expertise to meet the ever-changing needs and expectations of their stakeholders. David specializes in helping clients create effective and efficient strategies for their IT Service Management challenges including integrating cloud services, bring your own device (BYOD), and mobility.

Prior to joining Forrester, David was the global lead of the HP Service Management Profession, HP Software Professional Services portfolio governance lead, and innovation lead. He has also led Professional Services teams implementing solutions across a large number of clients. He started his career in advanced robotics research, creating software for fully autonomous mobile robots.

Kaimar works as the Head of ITSM at AXELOS - the custodians of Global Best Practice - leading and executing the global strategy for ITIL

He is an experienced ITSM practitioner who comes from a mixed background of Customer Support, Software Development and Project Management. He has worked with several high-profile international companies on their process improvement initiatives and over the years trained a considerable number of Estonian ITSM professionals.

Kaimar has been re-elected as a board member at itSMF Estonia for 6 consecutive years and two years ago, he was elected Chapter President. Here he is responsible for organising the annual conference, which has grown each year and has attracted an incredible list of speakers from all corners of the world.

Mihkel is a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Estonia. His specialization is process improvement and information technology governance.

Mihkel earned a Master's degree in IT management from the Estonian Business School (EBS, 2007). He has been active in the ICT area since 1996. Mihkel has set up Estonia's largest web company ADM Interactive which exports its services to 32 countries across the world. He has been in charge of Hewlett-Packard Internet marketing in the Baltic States and developed web applications in the EMEA region.

Mihkel is an experienced trainer and lecturer. He has taught students at Mainor Business School, IT College, Tartu Art College and the Estonian Academy of Arts, and provided ICT training sessions at Invicta, IT Protraining and BCS Koolitus. Mihkel has been involved in many projects in various industries and the Public Sector. He has obtained extensive experience in development of Public Services, including e-Services since 1998. He is an excellent liaison between the business and technical domains.

As a result of the implemented projects, he has acquired a solid knowledge of various technologies and methods, a valuable insight of combining business and IT, and an ability to see and analyze the big picture. Patrick Bolger joined Hornbill in 1998 as Sales & Marketing Director and assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer in 2008. In 2010, Patrick was appointed Chief Evangelist. He is dedicated to the communication of industry best practices, working closely with customers, industry associations and IT luminaries to identify trends and educate organizations on the opportunity associated with service excellence.

An industry veteran, Patrick has significant first-hand experience of the issues facing IT and is an influential and recognized authority in the Service Management arena. Patrick is an active contributor to a number of strategic groups and partnerships that influence the service management industry, including the Help Desk Institute (HDI), Service Desk Institute (SDI), IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), as well as being a member of popular ITSM podcasts and helping to drive community initiatives that improve the ITSM industry.

Paul has been actively involved in ITSM for more than 20 years. Paul was co-author of the ITIL publication "Planning to Implement IT Service Management" and was a member of the ITIL advisory group for version 3. Paul is also co-director and owner of GamingWorks, the company that developed the internationally renowned "Apollo 13 - an ITSM case experience" ITIL simulation game. He was also co-author and cartoonist for the itSMF "Worst practice" publication "IT Service management from Hell", and is co-author of the ABC of ICT publications. 

Roman is the Head of Education and Personnel Development at Cleverics.

Stephen Mann is an independent IT and IT service management (ITSM) content marketing creator, and a frequent blogger, writer, and presenter on the challenges and opportunities for IT service management professionals. In his career, he's held positions in IT research and analysis (at IT industry analyst firms Ovum and Forrester, and the UK Post Office), ITSM consultancy, IT service desk and IT service management, IT asset management, innovation and creativity facilitation, project management, finance consultancy, internal audit, and most recently product marketing for ServiceNow.

Stuart is a consultant, trainer and author, and owner of Optimal Service Management Ltd. Stuart uses ideas from service management to help clients create business value for themselves and their customers. He has many years of experience helping customers all over the world to create and improve ITSM practices. He is a regular speaker at itSMF and other events, a Chartered Fellow of BCS (FBCS CITP), a Fellow in Service Management at prISM (FSM), and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Stuart is the author of ITIL Service Transition, 2011 edition, and co-author of the ITIL V3 Glossary. He has written many service management pocket guides for itSMF and for the official ITIL portfolio. He is currently writing a new cybersecurity publication for AXELOS, the owners of ITIL.

Tobias is a process owner and process manager at Svenska Handelsbanken where he is developing IT Service Management. With a growing interest in ITSM and how that brings value to companies and people, he pursues knowledge and wisdom within this area. He is a strong believer in that sharing is the way to boost knowledge among all of us and that social media is a great way of empowering people with knowledge. Currently holding the position of chairman of one of the regional committees of itSMF Sweden, he is involved in the growth of the ITSM industry as a way of contributing to the community.
